Anthony MacShane

FOUNDER

Passionate about changing the way people are employed in Australia, Anthony surrounds his workforce with the support and tools needed to succeed while living a fulfilled life. Anthony’s diverse career has involved working for a range of industries across Australia. This includes on the ocean, in mines and in boardrooms, experiencing FIFO, and managing large scale projects within the domestic and commercial building industry. Of all his responsibilities, including upholding the values of quality, integrity and compassion across his MACFORCE team, Anthony loves giving certainty through employment to a wide range of people who are going through uncertain times. He is most proud of MACFORCE becoming a leading employer of ex-offenders in Western Australia, helping Indigenous Australians in remote locations find real employment, and helping clients find the right candidates.

Outside MACFORCE, Anthony loves family adventures with his wife of 26 years and four adult children, often involving surfing, boating and fishing.

Chris Williams

HR Manager

Chris enjoys helping people to navigate entry into the resources industry, whether they need assistance due to inexperience or from issues in their past. Key to Chris’ role is determining if candidates are not only the right fit for the company, but also if the company is the right fit for the person. Experienced in the mining sector and FIFO, Chris ran projects for 13 years for various companies. He is most proud of the projects he ran successfully by treating crew as family and equals. He now brings this attitude to MACFORCE, advocating everyone deserves an equal go and compassion.  

When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with family, going out-bush and BBQs. He also loves helping friends and neighbours, and volunteering at the local football club.

Egan MacShane

HR CLIENT Manager

Egan started working with MACFORCE Australia when it was a fledgling company in their family home. During his time with the business, Egan has grown professionally by acquiring skills, knowledge and an enjoyment for working with the mining industry. His work is guided by the mindset of everyone deserving a go at a position, from fresh talent to experienced supervisors wanting a career change. In his role, Egan believes honesty, compassion and fairness are some of the most important values, as he specialises in advertising, social media and recruitment to meet client requests for candidates. He is most proud MACFORCE’s role in supporting ex-offenders to get back on track through employment.

Egan is a sports enthusiast, loving watching NBA and AFL, and having enjoyed playing Australian Rules Football and competing in athletics as a teenager. He enjoys getting involved with local football and golf in his spare time.

Finn MacShane

HR CLIENT MANAGER

For Finn, there is no greater feeling than giving people the opportunity to work, including those who have had previous struggles. Finn enjoys working in a fast-paced and nimble team to ensure timely, and quality results for clients and candidates. In his role as MACFORCE Australia’s Recruitment Consultant, Finn is responsible for screening and onboarding candidates, and managing and compiling documents for clients. With a knack for technology, Finn is also the company’s systems administrator, responsible for software implementation.

Finn enjoys staying fit, which has included running a marathon with a friend to raise funds and awareness for mental health. Since, they have been nominated for the Barbara Hocking R U OK? Award for Young Conversation Champions.

Bevan’s passion for success extends beyond the workplace. As a loving father of three daughters, he takes great pride in supporting them as they pursue their individual passions and dreams. He understands the importance of work-life balance and is committed to delivering outstanding results both at work and at home.

Outside of work Bevan enjoys crafting furniture, tending to his garden, and playing the bass guitar, Living on a scenic property, he takes pride in maintaining its serenity & adding vibrant colours to his house through his art on canvases.

Sue Bradley

MOBILISATION MANAGER

Meet our Mobilisation Manager, Sue, who has joined our team here at MACFORCE Australia! With years of experience in the recruitment industry, Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, making her a value addition to our team. 

Sue loves to challenge herself and grow, which is one of the many reasons she is perfect for her role as Mobilisation manager. She thrives on finding solutions to complex problems and enjoys pushing herself to new limits. 

One of the main reasons Sue joined MACFORCE is because of the positive change we are creating in the mining & construction industries. She is passionate about the impact recruitment can have on these industries and is excited to be a part of a team that is driving this change forward. 

 

When she’s no tackling mobilisation challenges, you can often find her taking her dog, Cricket, for long walks in the great outdoors. In her downtime, she also enjoys spending quality time with her family.
